What has changed since Brexit?

Since Brexit, it has happened that shipping service providers do not charge VAT to the sender, but erroneously charge it to the recipient. This happens with about 40% of all shipments to the UK.

What to do if you receive a notice that you have to pay VAT?

No need to worry, you already payed the cost of your product including VAT. So there won't be any additional costs for you. If you receive a notice from a shipping company (Parcelforce, etc.) that you have to pay VAT in order to receive the shipment, please send us a photo or screenshot by email to brexit@louisxviwatches.com. We will then take the necessary steps to ensure that you receive your shipment as soon as possible.
